Edu Email - Hosted Exchange 2007 for Education

Edu Email is an e-mail service for Secondary Schools, City Academies and Colleges. We host your email accounts on our customised Microsoft Exchange 2007 ™ servers and integrate with your Management Information System (Serco's Facility CMIS, Capita's SIMS and others) to save time managing accounts.

Streamlined Hosted Exchange Service

Integration with your MIS allows us to automatically create the following accounts in seconds:

• Staff Email Accounts with 'Teacher' and 'Admin' distribution lists
• Student Accounts with 'Class XX' and 'Year XX' distribution lists
• Full-school and all staff member distribution lists

Managed service with Control Panel

The Edu Email control panel is a web-based system that allows you to further customise your School's Email accounts:

• Create customised distribution lists of external email address e.g. Parents, Governers
• Customise the Whitelist / Blacklist Spam setting e.g. Add any external contact to the global Allow-List
• Create unlimited aliases for all users e.g. ICT@school.gfl.ac.uk
